The latest addition to my slowly growing 1/72 scale WW2 collection is the Cromwell Tank. It was one of the most successful series of cruiser tanks fielded by Britain in the war. It was fast, moderately armoured and had a reasonable gun and its profile was lower than a Sherman tank.
The Armourfast kit was pretty easy to put together and is green so if you want to play without painting it then you can.
I primed the models in British Tank from Army Painter.
Next I covered the models in a 60/40 brown /black wash.
I drybrushed the models with Russian Uniform then painted in all the other details like the tracks and tank commander.
Stay tuned for the finished models.
Vitor
Wow those tanks proceed really fast with some some simple washing and drybrushing!
