All done! I must say an interesting painting experience for me. The black leather areas were painted with a grey base colour and then washed numerous times to end up highlighted and shaded at the same time. Not a bad result but lots of wash required! I also enjoyed painting the camo pattern on the cloaks.
The final colour scheme of bronze armour, red upper shirt and earthy colours for pants and cloak worked really well in the end.

ReplyDeleteThe scouts look great! Interesting technique on the leather pieces, but yeah, it does give a nice depth. The camo is tops.
